Family owned working ranch since 1880

4B Ranch RV Park is a family-owned working ranch, established by Hiram Brown, the founder of the city of Hye. Passed down through the years, the Watson family still lives here and works the ranch. Our corner of the ranch is a quaint RV park with 17 sites. Each site has full hookups (water, sewer and electric) with a spacious area between sites. Most sites have trees and shaded during the majority of the day. There are areas in which you can hike and a large open dog area for your pets.

PLEASE NOTE: This RV park does not have many "bells and whistles". We do not have public restrooms, showers, laundry facilities, Wi-Fi or cable. The best cell phone service in our area is AT&T, Verizon, and T-Mobile. You can get signal from other services but they are not as strong depending on where you are in the park.
